GREAT OUTDOOR KITCHEN – EVEN BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE
When I buy a product I always look at 3 things; 1) build quality 2) bang for buck & 3) customer service. All three must stand up.
Don’t even bother with another outdoor kitchen mob. After careful scrutiny and due diligence Claytons Alfresco was at the top of my list. Superior build quality to all other company’s (including weber outdoor kitchens) and far superior customer service. I dealt with Ben during the course of my build and installation. Ben kept me updated at each step of the process and was very easy going, upfront and responded to emails almost immediately. The installation team were some of the nicest tradies I’ve ever met and the place was spotless when they left. Very reasonably priced for the quality and finish, and who can argue against a BeefEater BBQ – I chose the 5 burner stainless steel model. Wow, does it get hot. Steaks, Chicken, Lamb – roast veggies all come out so good.
If you are after great customer service, a high quality outdoor kitchen and BBQ I cannot recommend Claytons Alfresco Outdoor Kitchens enough.
