Absolutely fantastic product. I would like to thank Ben and his team for an outstanding experience in producing and installing our Claytons Alfresco Kitchen. From day one Ben was professional in every way discussing design options, colors and BBQ choices. Having already installed a pizza oven, Ben was very accomodating in assisting in working with me in designing a personalised kitchen to fit the existing space. The result is outstanding and I cannot be happier. I would very much reccomend this product to anyone wanting a superior quality finish and professional design and installation service. Ive seen many other products since and none even come close to the quality and finish. Thank you Ben. My family and I are enjoying many nights cooking and entertaining in our fantastic alfresco. Couldn't be happier with our new Claytons Alfresco. We went with the LIfestyle product with a 5 burner BBQ... and most importantly my outdoor beer fridge! The finish looks amazing, really adds a touch of class to our outdoor living area. Thanks to the Claytons team for going the extra mile to make sure our finished product came up so well. Ben and the team were great to deal with, nothing was too much trouble.  We had an idea of what we wanted however Ben was able to make suggestions to improve the layout which we were really happy with.  Exceptional customer service, would (and have) recommended them to friends and family. We just completed some renovations in our backyard and had a new deck installed. The brand new unit installed by Claytons Alfresco has well and truly been the icing on the cake and provided another living area at our house. Ben was a pleasure to deal with in getting things arranged from the design to scheduling the install date and allowing us to bring it forward. Ben also gave some good advice for the new deck which came up perfectly. Jake and his brother who completed the installation were very professional and easy to deal with. Fabulous outdoor kitchen. Quality products and amazing customer service throughout by Jasmine, who went above and beyond throughout COVID challenges to ensure we had our outdoor alfresco kitchen installed in time for our family Christmas. Together with Jason who was professional, polite, efficient and friendly while installing and sharing some handy tips in caring for our products ensuring longevity. We have already had many compliments throughout this Summer. Highly recommend.

Great quality and design I highly recommend Clayton’s Alfresco. From our initial meeting with Ben we were very impressed with the service and the product range on offer. We wanted to have the outdoor kitchen installed within a short time frame as we were expecting family over at our home and this was made possible. We had our alfresco unit installed by Claytons Alfresco last week and it truly has transformed our outside living space to one that we will be using much more often now. From the outset Ben and the team were great to deal with, and were able to tailor the length of the unit to fit perfectly into our required space. Claytons were also great in dealing with us having to move our install date a number of times due to us not being ready for them. If you want a quality unit that looks great, I can highly recommend Claytons Alfresco.

It is way more than just a BBQ. It brings our outdoor area together. The Team at Claytons (especially Ben and Kim) were fantastic to deal with, and extremely accommodating. Their knowledge is second to none. No question is too trivial. Even the installers were terrific and so helpful. Can't fault them.

Great Customer Experience! Ben came out to help us with the design as we were having trouble deciding how it would be best. He listened to what we wanted and we came up with a great design in an awkward space that we are 100% happy with. Had a few hiccups and made some last minute changes, but the communication was great, solutions were created quickly and was still a great experience.

GREAT OUTDOOR KITCHEN – EVEN BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE When I buy a product I always look at 3 things; 1) build quality 2) bang for buck & 3) customer service. All three must stand up. Don’t even bother with another outdoor kitchen mob. After careful scrutiny and due diligence Claytons Alfresco was at the top of my list. Superior build quality to all other company’s (including weber outdoor kitchens) and far superior customer service. I dealt with Ben during the course of my build and installation. Ben kept me updated at each step of the process and was very easy going, upfront and responded to emails almost immediately. The installation team were some of the nicest tradies I’ve ever met and the place was spotless when they left. Very reasonably priced for the quality and finish, and who can argue against a BeefEater BBQ – I chose the 5 burner stainless steel model. Wow, does it get hot. Steaks, Chicken, Lamb – roast veggies all come out so good. If you are after great customer service, a high quality outdoor kitchen and BBQ I cannot recommend Claytons Alfresco Outdoor Kitchens enough.
